| This term the grade 3/4 students are learning about the geography of Australia in our Inquiry unit. We will be exploring the main natural and human characteristics, including vegetation, animals and population. As part of our learning, we are going to visit Hanging Rock near the Macedon Ranges on the 21st of February. Students will be taking part in a guided tour conducted with a local ranger and investigate landforms with a tailor-made scavenger hunt. Grade 3/4 students are all very excited for the excursion and getting to research this area of Victoria. |
