As part of our school-wide Wellbeing program, ‘Wellbeing Zones’ can be found throughout the school, where students can find information about self-care, mindfulness, emotional regulation and overall wellbeing.
Students are also able to access our ‘Wellbeing Hubs’ where they are encouraged to implement and develop their own self-regulation strategies. These hubs provide ‘safe spaces’ for students to relax and calm at times throughout the day when they may feel overwhelmed or over-stimulated. Each Hub provides mindfulness and sensory strategies, as well as resources to assist students in bringing themselves into the ‘Green Zone’ (see our tab on the Zones of Regulation). These spaces are available to all students.
