The Glasses for Kids program provides free vision screening and testing and, if needed, free further testing and glasses for students in Foundation to Year 3. The program is managed and delivered by State Schools’ Relief.
If your child is in Foundation, grade 1, grade 2 or grade 3, you would have received an envelope with information and a consent form.These consent forms need to be completed, signed and returned back to school ASAP. Screening will take place at school on May 18th and 19th.
