Provide a supportive an environment, which enhances opportunities for all students and fosters the personal and social development of all students. Prep Buddies

Our new Prep students have a year 5 Buddy who can help them with the transition to primary school. The year 5 students eat lunch with the younger children and take them out to the playground in the first weeks of school. They show them around the school and explain the areas where they are allowed to play. The Buddies also complete activities together in the clasroom as they get to know each other. The year 5 students enjoy being the special friend to the younger children and the Preps love having a Buddy in the playground.
